The Elite Guard was started by Velemiir in an attempt to hinder the growing violence in the forest as prior methods had failed. Currently there is no known test of strength or competency in place for joining the cause to protect the forest and it's people.
Keep adding sections to add info about other things, since this'll change for each group.
