Casprice

The new Valter of the Shui clan, appointed by Sieo during the sinister attack. Casprice, actually, arrived in the forest half-dead - starved and dehydrated - and was being dragged along by the Megas Earth destroyer Perj. The boy came bearing word from Sieo, claiming his was to be appointed as the new Valter for the Shui clan. Thus far, no one knows why Sieo chose this stranger to watch over the Shui clan and be their leader, but in this time of chaos no one really has a time to sit and question.

One thing is for sure, however; he's not quite fond of the forest. Casprice wonders what the hell he did to Sieo to make her condem him to this terrible place.

• Powers: Casprice's strength lies mainly in the manipulation of steam, but has basic water bending abilities. His powers are at their peak in the daylight hours of spring and summer.
• Other: Casprice also has webbed toes and a second, amphibious form which he uses rarely, however maintains access to. He attained this form when he reached puberty, and isn't very fond of it; it was a recessive trait in his blood lines, and the poor sucker got stuck with it. In his previous home he was a caretaker of the natural mountain hot springs, guarding them and maintaining them as his family had done for generations. A short while after coming to the forest he actually found a hot spring hidden at the base of the volcano, and currently spends most of his free time (which isn't much due to this sinister business) there.

Martinyc

Marti, first and foremost, has no interest in being involved in her family affairs – however, she enjoys knowing what’s going on with the lot of them, due to the fact she’s extremely nosy. Generally, she’s very sarcastic and playful, and enjoys poking fun at people’s weak points while shrugging off her own.

There are many personality traits that she has picked up from her parents, most of which she is unaware of due to the lack of their presence. For example, Marti has been known to be extremely lazy, and refuses to take part in the melodrama of her family because it’s a waste of energy she could be spending on something much more fun – the lazy part is something we assume she’s inherited from Etern. The smell of mint also makes her physically sick, and Cyrene has been known to avoid the substance, so it’s safe to assume Martinyc may have picked that up from her. Granted, if Marti knew these traits were similar to those of her parents she would probably be trying to build up an immunity to mint and take a more proactive role in family drama.

The Imposters

Asia

Asia's real name is Aubrey Lovelace, and she comes from a different planet all together. Her father was a senator on their home planet of Qlaudi, and when the entire planet fell into a state of civil unrest, he booked it out of their leaving his trophy wife and three kids behind. Aubrey was kidnapped by one of the many 'street gangs' - Calico's Crew - that were forming as the planets social structure completley collapsed and people evacuated in slews, and was giving the nickname 'Asia' when the groups leader (Calico) learned of her explosive abilities. As she didn't have a good grip on her natural abilities, and none of the gang knew how to teach her, instead, she picked up bomb making as a way to stay with them long after her initial use (as hostage) was up, more or less to keep herself from being killed.
